recipies for pumpkin seeds and pie from fresh pumpkin?

I want a somewhat easy recipie for pumpkin pie from a fresh pumpkin. I would also like to know what is the best way to roast the pumpkin seeds. I don’t think I want any spices on the seeds other then salt. Thanks in advance for the help!

My cousin and I soaked the seeds in salt water for a few hours and then spread them out on a cookie sheet, sprinkled popcorn salt on them and roasted at the lowest temperature for an hour or two.
And for the pie we put the pumpkin, cut in half, in the oven until soft. Then we scooped out the inside of the pumpkin and put it in the blender until smooth. I don’t remember the recipie we used but there are a lot of differant recipies on the internet that are really good.
